Shipping and Return Policy — Arusha Roastery
1. Shipping
Arusha Roastery delivers orders exclusively within Romania, through the courier company Cargus. Upon request, orders can be delivered by any other courier company.
Delivery Time
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from their confirmation.
• Delivery generally takes 24-48 business hours from dispatch, depending on the destination and the courier company's policies.
• During busy periods (promotional campaigns, holidays, unfavorable weather conditions), delays independent of us may occur.
Shipping Costs
• Free shipping for orders over 200 lei.
• For orders under 200 lei, a fixed delivery fee of 15 lei, including VAT, applies.
• The shipping cost is displayed in the shopping cart before completing the order.
Tracking Your Order
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number (AWB). You can check the delivery status directly on the Cargus website: www.cargus.ro.
Products Damaged Upon Delivery
If you notice any damage to the package upon receipt, please request a damage report in conjunction with the Cargus agent and contact us within 24 hours of receipt at contact@arusha.ro.
2. Return Policy
We want every customer to be satisfied with the Arusha experience. If the product received does not meet your expectations, you can request its return, under the conditions below.
Return Period
Products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of package receipt.
Return Conditions
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all accessories and labels intact.
• For food safety reasons, packaged coffee cannot be returned if the seal has been broken or the bag opened.
Return Procedure
1. Send an email to contact@arusha.ro, stating your order number and reason for return.
2. After confirming your request, you will receive instructions on sending the package via courier (Cargus).
3. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or wrongly delivered.
Refund
After receiving and checking the returned product, the corresponding amount will be refunded within 5-10 business days to the account specified by the customer.
